Do you work with brands outside the US?
Yes — we've partnered with brands across 6 countries. If you need hyper-local creators in a specific market, ask about our international roster on your intro call.
What's your typical turnaround?
Most projects are delivered within 7 days of brief approval. Local shoots in LA and Ventura can be same-week. Retainer clients run on a rolling content calendar so work is always in motion.
Do I own the content after delivery?
You get full organic usage rights on everything we make. Paid-ad and whitelisting rights are included on Creative Partner retainers and available as an add-on on one-time projects — so you only pay for paid usage when you actually need it.
Can I start with a Sprint and move to a retainer?
That's our most common path. We test angles, see what performs, then build a monthly strategy around what's working. Most Sprint clients become Creative Partners within 60 days.
